WHAT SIZE OF ROOM SHOULD I RENT TO STORAGE THE CONTENTS OF MY 4 1/2?
We recommend these dimensions depending on the size of your home
10 X 10 = 3 1/2
10 X 15 = 4 1/2
10 X 18 = 5 1/2
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY?
We reserve the right to change the locks of your warehouse after a period of 30 days following the scheduled date of payment until you have paid in full.
(In accordance with the Civil Code, goods are considered forgotten or abandoned if no charge has been paid after a period of 90 days.)
CAN I USE MY PREMISES AS A WORKPLACE?
No. Only the storage of goods is permitted.
DO WE HAVE A LEASE TO SIGN?
Yes. These are monthly leases.
ARE MY GOODS INSURED?
No. You must obtain insurance to protect your stored goods.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY WAREHOUSE?
A loading dock and an access ramp are available for warehouses accessible from the inside.
Our warehouse accessible from the outside allows you to park in front of your door and thus facilitate the loading of your unit.
WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY WAREHOUSE?
You will be able to access your premises 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
I WANT TO ACCESS MY WAREHOUSE AT NIGHT. IS IT SAFE?
Yes. Our spaces are secured by HD camera with night vision.
